Kate Osumi is the Head of Recruiting for Serotonin. In her capacity, Kate identifies and sources the best talent in web3 for Serotonin’s services. She joined Serotonin to grow the company and has since scaled the team to over 50 employees. 

Prior to joining Serotonin, Kate worked at Meta to recruit product talent. A natural networker and connector, Kate approaches recruiting from a community lens by cultivating the brightest minds of web3 in one place.
